I am a Software Engineer with 14.5 years experience. I have followed the OSE project since 2015. I recently read and completed the OSE crash course. I am interested in becoming an OSE developer but I don't have the time to commit 10 hours a week at the moment. Since 2021 I have spent time 3D printing and completing mechatronics projects. I would like a bigger 3D printer than a Prusa Mini (currently own) and thought I would build the OSE D3D.

I have recently built the Universal Axis just using the information and resources on the page for it on this wiki. It wasn't enough for me to move onto creating 3 more of these without testing they have worked so I created a test based on other tutorials for Arduino and Stepper motors. I would like to update the universal axis page with a guide on how to assemble and how to test before committing to the next module (3D printer or CNC Mill).

As I move onto building 3 more Universal Axis, and onto the D3D, I would be willing to update other pages that are relevant to this journey.

Thanks,

Darryl
