- A construction system for the built environment featuring absolute modularity for any size and shape up to 4 floors with stabilized subgrade or slab foundations, including expansion in 5 directions except down, including uneven terrain. Full inegration of biological, greenhouse, water, energy, and production infrastructures for Housing-as-Production for collaborative, regenerative economics and enterprise. Goal is Regenerative Freedom in 2026.
- Such housing is reconfigurable, movable, adaptable, and otherwise flexible based on modular design-for-disassembly and design-for-reconfiguration. This way, structures may be modified readily and moved to other locations for maximum adaptability or startup of new communities.
- For such modularity, light frame construction is the key method, though modules made of steel, concrete, and ceramics can be used though may not be portable.
