Research

Exemplary Design Information

  • Stainless steel outer walls
  • 2 access doors, both hinged opening downward and outward
  • Red Button: hold to add steam to internal volume
  • Button: On/Off
  • Timer: no trigger functions, just normal timer
  • Temperature Reader: Analog
  • Switch: Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of axle
  • Tray: Rectangular steel plate with 2 additional plates on top of same size but with non-stick material
  • Axle: Horizontal, left to right orientation as seen after opening access doors. Connected to trays via frame; loose connection allows trays to remain parallel to floor (so the baked goods don't fall) even while the axle rotates.
  • External connections: 1 electric outlet (AC and GND), 2 pipes (Steam inlet/outlet)
