Our goal is disruptive economic transformation via replication of OSE Campus, OSE Microfactory, and Distributive Enterprises.

The keys to this strategy are:

  1. Open Source Documentation and Augmented Reality Distance Learning infrastructure development
  2. Robust product line of essential goods with annual market size of $1B or more
  3. Production via On-Demand, Flexible Fabrication model
  4. Lean development process
  5. Self-funding R&D operations
  6. Land-based operations for minimizing overhead
  7. Radical hypermodularity of devices for multipurpose flexibility and accelerated product development velocity
  8. Lifetime design for 10-fold increase of product value
  9. OSE Fellows - an explicit program for replicating OSE enterprise, from individual Distributive Enterprises, to Microfactories, and OSE Campuses.
  10. Distributive Enterprise Incubator - Capitalization assistance to OSE Fellows
