XM Animations Flash Mob Strategy

1. Flash Mob Organizer begins with a script
2. Organizes proposes breakdown of animation tasks, if they can b e reliably broken down
3. Organizer provides links to working assets in the Flash Mob Brief
4. Flash Mob Meeting - first step is to divide up work. Prior to Meeting, participants communicate which tasks they are willing to do.
5. Flash Mob gets to work for 1-2 hour commitment.
6. Results are shared on the central screen-sharing screen
