OSE follows the OSE License. The OSE License for Distributive Economics is a license that determines how intellectual property is handled. Our license is:

The ethical terms of the OSE License include explicit intent of creating Distributive Enterprise. We are taking this stand make it explicit that our content is intended to have economic significance for a transition to the open source economy. This is intended to raise awareness of distributive enterprise as a foundation for an economic system beyond artificial material scarcity - and for environmental regeneration and social justice.

We encourage attribution and sharing of derivative work.

OSE hardware complies with the Open Source Hardware Association Open Source Hardware Definition.

I have re-read the results of our research:

In respect of contributions from Portugal you should require hard copy (for Contributor Agreements) but it can be scanned or faxed and the original posted.

In addition for the online form it should be set up in such a way that the system can generate for either the user or for Open Source Ecology a printable document such as a pdf which incorporates a section which states that NAME OF PERSON and email address) agreed to this contribution agreement on SPECIFIED DATE.
