2014 Corporate Registration Report

Needs to be filed biennially. Last filed 10/24/2013 for 2013 as a delayed filing - official deadline is 8/31 of each year.

Steps:

  • Go to http://www.sos.mo.gov/fileonline. Questions at 866.223.6535. Email inquiry at annrep@sos.mo.gov
  • Log in first.
  • Do "File/Print Registration REport" under Nonprofit Filings.

  • Enter charter number and click "File/Print Registration Report"

  • Enter charter number and click "File Online"
