Affiliate Workshop Venue Contract

This is a basic agreement between OSE and another entity providing a venue for OSE's Extreme Manufacturing Workshop event:

• Time of OSE arrival -
• Workshop start and end time -
• Venue cost - Venue receives X% of the cost above the Bill of Materials for only the people who register via Venue's publicity. If a person registers via OSE's publicity, Venue does not receive any revenue from that. Registration tracking occurs via Google Analytics (site referring the registraion). How do we track this?
• Room requirements - one 3x6 foot table per build team of 2 people
• Free admission to observers
• Paid admission to people who take a machine home
• Registration closes X days before the event
• Payment to the Venue occurs within 5 business days of event completion via a bank check sent from OSE
• Refund policy - if a person is not satisfied with their printer, they can request a refund at the end of the workshop for the materials cost, minus the $300 for the build experience cost.
