Default is solved by high value production on part of the debtor: labor can be redeemed at any time at a minimum of $50/hr pending basic skills test. - Off-grid for 0 utility cost with autonomous house with closed loop water
- 3D printing reduces house cost from $100k to $50k, using waste stream plastic-cement composites. Encapsulating plastic.
- Off-grid utilities with closed loop water. One story structure for simplicity. OSE serves as a regenerative utility company, maintains IFWMS.
