Current conclusion: too much resistance. OSE solution: 3D printed, with needle-fillable high-T silicone rubber eyelets (self-sealing caps) used for filling air pockets. Multiple air pockets exist, and tire is rideable with numerous punctures. This is silicone or butyl-rubber Septum.
