  • 10Ahr 5v battery bank lasts all day, mounted on helmet to cam. Convenient charging through USB on desktop. Desktop USB stays on when desktop is turned off

Notes

  • 4k and 2k shoots well, but 1280p shows clear grain when doing real video. Tried 30 fps for 4k, 2k, and 60 fps at 1280p. The 60 fps must be the reason for the graininess in low light (room with lights). No, it's not. At 30 fps, the Akaso still produces grainy images. So this is an artefact of not using 4k, a software bug - because graininess should not appear because 1280p is still really high resolution. Poor software on Akaso.
  • Auto low light - prevents 4k resolution from being enabled in time lapse. So we need a protocol change to go from 1280p time lapse to 4k or 2k time lapse. Use 4k for best quality.
