  1. Dozer rental for 20k sf building. Start BOM + design.
  2. Gravel cost - 30k dg = $15k
  3. Building Cost - platform on edges with 8x16 units. See 6_Bath_6_Shower#BOM for base platform
  4. Working out cost of 2 month package. Working out detail of 2 month package layout.
  5. Can we do layout of existing Seed Eco-Home?
