Marcin, thanks for your reply. I have sent my resume. Just after reading current tasks few offers for you appeared to my mind.

1) Ripe ideas appear in many minds - I am fan of collaboration and now I have developed resource for collaborative project development. But it is focused on commercial and small size-projects. And already has prototype version of video conference. BUT if I get investments I (with my team) will be able to quickly develop tools for collaboration on a large scale. By the way, can you introduce me to some venture investors? I have some appointments scheduled but more contacts would be better.

2) You are looking for the server for video conferences - I have got one for profiunity, it is sitting idle at the moment. It is 16Gb RAM, 8core CPU, 90 SSD HDD + 2 Tb HDD server hosted in datacenter in Moscow. You can use it for video conferences now.

3) In one month time my another project for crowd sourced video translation will be launched (fingers crossed). I plan to offer it for TED speeches translation and you can also use it for your video translation.
