We are a nonprofit that trains builders, with our first cohort of 24 students in a 4 year program starting this year. Our goal is to swarm build in 5 days. We have proofs of concept of every detail, now we are starting a school to attain scale. Our goal is to fix civilization, with the house builds serving as a cross-subsidization model. Please see my TED Talk on the Global Village Construction Set GVCS.The budget for completing the GVCS is $50M over the next 4 years, and we estimate that we can open source all civilization for about $50B.

• Financial Independence Services - $20k package to take a 1 year sabbatical. We walk you through everything including acquiring land, codes, machines, utilities, etc. You build the Utility Module all by yourself, ready to build your own home at another site. You haul it home yourself, we can help you with trailers, loading, unloading, etc.
