- After graduation, people are required to be responsible for the 2 hours of daily community infrastructure, with banking of time as needed for vacation. With cross-training, there is plenty of redundancy for smooth operation. University trains new people, so a core product of the Campus is further education. Whoever is interested may continue R&D in various public interest R&D towards the open source economy - but focusing on freedom.
