Critical data to look for:

• Time of build steps.
• Troublespots during build
• Suggestions for improving the build procedures
• Design suggestions to simplify build or to improve build.

Other things to look for:

• Errors in the blueprints or in the build instructions
• If build instructions do not exist - use the Data Collection form to capture every single step in an easy, foolproof way using a smart phone. A smart phone is recommended so even if internet goes down, cell phone connection allows for build procedure to be captured
