University and college students are looking to learn, practice, demonstrate their abilities, create portfolio and resume experiences, and create professional networks.

Create an OSE Student Group on every University Campus. Have student recruit fellow students. Disciplines range from engineering, business, multimedia, software--all major OSE talent needs.
