• For general collaborative design at Open Source Ecology (OSE), there are several features of Upverter that will help you. See this forum post. [1]

• For board fab, I recommend OSHPark - [2]. We've fabbed hundreds of boards through them. Just grab the gerbers .zip from your Upverter project page and upload it directly to Oshpark. There are more suggestions for board fab here - [3].
• Yes you can absolutely import your Eagle designs. Instructions are here - [4]. I tested your FET16 project and it imported for me without any issues.
