I spoke to you last week regarding mild steel cutting of sheet and tube.]] Please provide a qoute for the following. In our order, please save for us the cutout round plugs, as we will need them. Please include your estimated lead time without shipping, and we can then inquire about shipping. I have previously used Halter Transport out of St. Joseph, MO. Here is what we need:

  1. [75] pieces of 1/2"x8"x16" mild steel plate - see Stock Bonding Plate (dxf included). Note bolt holes are 1-1/16" - intended for 1" bolts.Weight - about 17.8 ea or 1335 lb total.
  2. [75] pieces of nominal 1/2"x8"x16" mild steel plate - see Stock Pivot Plate (dxf included). Note bolt holes are 1-1/16" - intended for 1" bolts.About 1150 lb.
  3. [40] pieces of 1/4"x4"x4" square tubing - 10' long. 400' total. Note bolt holes are 1-1/16" - intended for 1" bolts, every 4" on center, first hole at 2" from the end on center. Total weight about 5320 lb.
  4. [25] pieces of 1/2"x4"x4" square tubing - 10' long. 250' total. Note bolt holes are 1-1/16" - intended for 1" bolts, every 4" on center, first hole at 2" from the end on center. Total weight about 6650 lb.

Total weight of above: 14,636 lb including 6600 1" plugs and 75 3" plugs totaling a weight of 760 lb in cutout plugs excluding the pivot cutout corners. Total weight 13,876 lb without round cutouts.
