Conference Call Policy

  1. This is an action-oriented discussion. Participants make suggestions only on items that they are willing to take action upon. This is a remedy for lengthy discussion that leads to no action. We have found in our experience that the nature of discussion changes dramatically when the speaker is allowed to discuss only itmes that s/he can commit to doing.
  2. RSVP to opensourceecology at gmail dot com if you are interestes in participating in the conference call. We will give you the details for participating. In your email, please state clearly how you can contribute to the discussion. We will email the participants before the conference call with the agenda and list of participants.

1. What is the format of the call?

Presently, we are doing a Skype conference, with no video. You will be added to the participant list, and all you need to do is show up, with

2. Is there an agenda?

People are asked to respond with their proposed topic of discussion. The agenda will be emailed to participants at least an hour before the conference call.

3. How are topics decided?

Factor e Farm decides on the topics to be covered. Actual discussion is determined by what people bring to the table.

4. Is participation limited to True Fans? No. The only requirement is that you propose a meaningfull contribution to the discussion.

5. What is the topic of the current discussion? The general topic is development acceleration.

6. If I participated last week, do I have to send an RSVP for this week? Yes. This way, we can bring an explicit agenda to the table.
