Critique of Webcast

You're getting much better at the podcasts with every episode. I think it would make an even better impression if you:

   * aimed the camera to include your whole head. :)
   * show that you're proud in a constant way. You are mostly very concentrated and neutral, I understand that it takes concentration to do the webcasts. At some points you smile and it instantly make the webcast more pleasant to watch. But keep doing it how it feels natural to you, that's important. You're already getting better at it just by doing it.
   * some music (creative commons of course) while showing the intro text. Make it once (investment) and all your future webcasts will look better.

I thing that personal fabrication will increase the amount of things that can be done by people on the web (more collaboration possible) and it increases the ease of transferring the value you create to others with personal fabricators.
