D3D Universal has 3 belt lengths. One is longer for the bed axis. The other 2 are the same.

The formula for D3D belts is 2x+5, where x is the length of axis from end of motor piece to end of idler piece.

Lengths of rods:

  1. X=12"
  2. Y=14"
  3. Z=12"

Axis end-to-end distance:

  1. X=12"
  2. Y=14.5"
  3. Z=12"

End to end distance is 14.5 and 12".

Belt lengths are:

  1. X - 2*12+5=29"
  2. Y - 2*14.5+5=34"
  3. Z - 2*12+5=29

Total is 92" or 7'8"
