Difference Between Credentials and Skills

Credentials are pieces of paper that mark somebody's training. They are distinct from skills. At OSE, we are hiring for skills, not for credentials. Credentials my incree the likelihood of someone having skills, but in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, transformative environment of OSE, skills typically don't come from credentials.
