Once you begin to collaborate in a true way, you are free.

Because you don't have to do things alone or by yourself. Most people think that when someone says 'you have to' - that they have to do it themselves. Once someone is free, they immediately think 'me and my people or even my people only will do it' - it becomes an honor, not a duty.

When you truly collaborate, it doesn't mean that you lose responsibility. It is precisely because you are responsible - that you can get others to do things with you or for you. That is true leadership.

Once you learn to collaborate, you can start to dream big. In fact, only true collaborators can think big - AND get it done. Metapreneurs can think big - but not necessarily get anything done.
