All OSE staff and other core contributors, as selected by the Director, shall receive an email address - their name at opensourceecology.org
The official signature should be as follows, and should include our Working Openly disclaimer (this puts our open collaborative practices up front, as from time to time, we are contacted by proprietary interests - which emerges only after some back-and-forth):

NOTICE: OSE works openly. OSE communications are typically in the public domain and may be shared with other collaborators, with due respect and attribution. If you are sharing privileged, confidential, or otherwise private materials, please make that explicit. In general, we do not sign non-disclosure agreements.
