Off the cuff advice is unlikely to be very useful for you, but top of my list would be to choose very carefully the first two or three leaders you gather around you, and be willing to make changes there as needed. You can't build great teams under poor team leads, no matter how hard you try, and your ability to reach a wider audience will hang on how effectively you shift from visionary to institution.But I think you know that already!

Also, I understand you've started to attract a small community. My recommendation would be to focus on those who work with you professionally, since the contributions from pure volunteers, while important, serve best to flesh out the picture: you'll need to provide the backbone. In a worst case scenario, community members and agendas can crowd out your leadership early on.
