1. Respond to visit requests within 1 working day according to Visit Factor e Farm guidelines. CC all responses to ED unless otherwise noted.
2. True Fans subscriptions - respond within 1 working day, add to database. Add to Subscriptions Graph on a monthly basis and upload current Subscriptions graph at the end of month to True Fans page. Document location of True Fans database and procedures for handling responses and updating database and graph at Executive Assistant Process Documentation.
