For the Seed Eco-Home Enterprise, all the tools must be organized in toolboxes based on context: PEX, plumbing, general, roofing, foundation, walls, heat pump, concrete, gutter, flooring, beadboard, landscape, painting/staining, power wall, vinyl, etc. Take toolbox based on purpose, and go to work - saving significant time organizing tools. In a regular build, we go through about 17 tool changes per person, thus saving about 17*6~100 tool changes. Construction workers spend an average of 10 minutes per day [1] - which adds up to about 40 hours per year. This is especially important for an integrated operation, expecting at least double this time lost if no significant measures are taken.
It would be worthwhile to develop an integrated, open source tool tracking solution as part of OSE Bank
