The Kitchen will be set up for easy convenience. Set up will consist of 2 large 20 quart crock pots on 2 separate propane burners.
There will be 2 14 quart warming kettles that we will use for serving.

Lunch and dinner will always be the same routine different menu. We will repeat some choices as we see what everyone likes. There will be sandwich and hamburgers available but not scheduled. Special order requests will be available after course has begun.
