This is well within the reach of the Enterprise Track: you either run crews, or you run Financial Independence build swarms.
Position the $60k 720 sf home as a keystone product, to gain mass adoption - for people interested in solving their own housing crisis.
Membership to the club - $1000 for a lifetime, like other subscription wholesale shopping. Except you are buying into sweat equity. Includes participation in OSE Builder Crash Courses (free admission, but you have to pay for food), where you buy in to certain perks based such as low cost admission to the Financial Indepndence Package etc.
Includes scaling to 50 states for enterprise leaders, all running programs where 5 houses are built every 2 months in a DIY setting. Sign up to run one of these facilities, enterprise leaders.
Requirements: 4 year commitment. OSE collaborates on land access and facility replication.
Pitch: Get trained. Build 30 homes per year. Solve the housing crisis. No land? No problem. We are developing special enterprise zones with mixed use integration.
Financial assistance: work-study - covers your tuition, but you still need some resources for daily living. Free housing. If you are debt-free, this is easy. But you would need to work one day extra.
