House Workshops 2016

• Timing 8 months at September 6 for first workshop
• goal is to develop capacity to replicate at other locations by training someone to do this
• Training program is being developed incrementally
• 2 months before workshop we decide number of rooms (residences) to build
• Determine stabilization vs expansion of house modules to new areas after each workshop
• Work with Colby possibly on a new house
• Develop capacity to build for remote clients such as Jonathan
