How to Wire a Light

- Single light - showing when power goes in to switch first and light second, and light first and switch second. In both cases, the hot wire goes through the switch first. [1]. Note that standard technique switches only the high side, while the low side is not switched.
- Double light switch to 2 different lights - using 3 and 5 slot Wago connectors at the switch. At the light - we have 3 double Wago connectors. The 5 is for the grounds. For the low side (going directly to light) and for the high side (going through switch), we use the 3-Wago connector. [2]
