orry, I kept crossing all of my people this week and missing them.
PowerCube: We had a set back. Someone stole the hard drive and we didn't have a backup of what we did on the animation. They have started rebuilding and should have animation in the next 2 weeks. We are also backing up to the drop box to prevent this from happening in the future.
LifeTrak: Most of the "cut pieces" are done. The purchase pieces that will be needed for animation will take a little longer. Rodney estimates that the whole thing including animation can be delivered by the end of November.
Do you want files for review before the full package is delivered? We could send you a version after he's done with the cut pieces then before we start animation. That would give your team a chance to review while it's in process.
The LifeTrak work includes the wheel assembly.
Backhoe: As soon as the PowerCube team is done re-animating they will start on the backhoe. We expect that to take 3-4 weeks, because it will fall at the end of the quarter when students have their class projects coming due.
Electrical: I have some people but I'm having trouble getting samples from them. I hate to promise anything at this point. If someone steps up, I'll know they are serious. Otherwise, I have to say "don't count on us" for this part.
Documentation on LifeTrak: This is on my plate and I have not made much progress. Both of my jobs seem to have accelerated over the past few weeks. However, I'm sensing a bit of a breather over the next couple of Sundays (my day off) and should be able to make progress.
We put the other assemblies (trencher, etc) on the back burner until the tractor and powercube are done.
Again sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. Some folks I have to see in person to get all the details.

Meeting - Dalayna & Aaron
Multiple classes - drafters in the associates program for drafting in their last year
the project managers are bachelors in their first year bacchelors students who have graduated from associates degrees in drafting and project management
6 drafters and 4 project managers
AutoCAD & Inventor primarily -
---
taking the inventor and animating how the pieces get assembled so you have an animation to go with the drawings
ted video is shown in the first week of each classes by dalayna and rodney
i will try to give you as much lead time as possible on what our upcoming projects are
dalayna will have team leads in each group - she can meet with them and they can pre-plan things like this beforehand and make sure it works
every team can do animations
dalayna will send me their schedule for capstone projects for graduating students - we have a two week window to give them more advanced things to do in class and the other students are doing things outside of class
four captstone projects per year - one per quarter
can you send me the requirements for the capstone project
what do you need from us ideally - sketchup helps - they can work off of hand sketches - scans of them help - that's good practice for them - a general expectation of timeline and output requirements
circuit design software - that's where the EE students would come in - they have a mechanical engineer
