Implicit Association Test exists for implicit bias. It is bias hardwired, that you are not aware of. It is just reptilian brain stuff.

Would you believe there’s an entire section of the ABA dedicated to helping judges mitigate their implicit biases regarding gender, class and race? But judicial bias against self-represented litigants is the biggest threat to justice, and there’s nothing to help judges grapple with that. - [1]

In my opinion, the best way to combat judicial bias is to surpass the judge’s expectations. File the right documents and make the right arguments in court. This is not impossible when the expectations are so low.
