Long Term OSE Projects/Concept Investigations

Basics

• These are all the high difficulty/currentl absurd projects/ideas
• This is OSE's "Slow Cooker" ; Not the main priority and focus, and definetly not near term
• As our capabilities increase, and technology moves foreward/becomes more accessible there become more reasonable and can be reclassified and completed as a regular project
• Possibly create reward pool competitions similar to the work the X Prize Foundation does
• It would also act as an incubator similar to Google's "ATAP"
