Curriculum

  1. Design for fabrication. Exercise: nuts and wrenches in easy vs hard positions for screws, bolts, anchors, augers, and rotary hammer setting
  2. Space frames and Frames - how to design a and calculate for build ability and performance
  3. Design for CNC Torch Table. Folding software, sheet metal workbench in FreeCAD
  4. FreeCAD FEA 101
  5. FreeCAD 101 Crash Course
  6. 3D Printing 101 Crash Course. Learn how to use FreeCAD and 3D print anything of your imagining in only 1 hours. Prerequisite - FreeCAD 101 Crash Course.
  7. 3D Printer Filament Making 101 Crash Course. Shredder, bag recycler melter, filamentee as off-the-shelf for reverse engineering.
  8. Design for Manufacturing via modular, construction set approach based on 500 Modules, but short of these - based on shafts, bearings, pivots, chain drive and geardown, couplers, engines, power cubes, microcontrollers, 3D printed parts, CNC cut flat steel, lathe and grinder machining, heat treatment, direct drive hydraulics, Universal Rotors, Universal Wheel Unit, Universal Track Unit, stepper motors, power elements (transistors) for Power Cube
  9. 5 Minute Design - for learning + rapid prototyping
