Essentially - needs 170W dissipation to remain at 25C, so the 67A rating is ludicrous under normal conditions unless heavy heatsinking is applied.

In another way - think about the small leads. If wire of that gauge is not rated for so much current, why are we rating the transistors so high? It's because of heat dissipation. So be more conservative, such as respect the gauge of the wires, which may be 15A or 30A - which is more realistic.

TO-247 is the next size up.
