Discourage litigation. Nominal winner is often the real loser.

  • There are 1.3M lawyers in the USA [1]
  • In majority of cases, both lawyers get paid more than winner recovers.
  • Court doesn't solve problems. It finds the 'truth.' That may be expensive or not solve anything of substance in many cases.
