OSE-relevant - is the idea of diversified skill set. Of existing 'collars', new collar may be closest. Otherwise, Rainbow Collar is the best name for the essence of integrated operations.

Rainbow is nondescript. Integrated Collar sounds weird. White Collar in a new sense would be ost appropriate: a mixture of all colors. And Purple Color - is already taken. Divine color is white.

New White is appropriate - not by white colr shirt, but by white as combo of all colors.
