New Economy STEAM Camp

We offer the standard first 4 days. Then we offer 5 days of putting together the filament maker actively. We showcase the workshop, with several video stations from different angles on main work table, plus some others on 3D printing cluster. We also need the video bridge to be set up properly if dozens of people are to collaborate, with Zoom in the meantime.

From the 5 day program, we can print effectively in rubber. But we also need to include the high temperature enclosure. This is something we can provide as a kit.

We can do the Pro as a printer, or the Universal, but probably with heatbed. A printer without heatbed is harder to work with. Small one will do: metal sandwich, standard heater element made of nichrome. That is an education experience in itself.

With the printers, high T, and large printers, we move on to OSPD of top common products.

  1. Fittings
  2. 3D Printed Shoes
  3. Furniture - such as Aptek Chair.
  4. Wheels and casters, skateboard wheels, etc.
  5. Uniseals
  6. Biz dev - identifying waste sources of rubber
  7. Plenty of opportunity for common products.
  8. Electric motors - needs more IP, so this is for later. However, monolithic design with built-in planetary gears + snap-in electricals would be a great idea for simple manufacturing.
