Hi Reuben,

We are looking at 3 pilot projects before next summer. Are you open to us building for you? We can offer a 1000 sf house build that 2 people can do in one week (or smaller, in units of 250 sf, pending modules being prepared ahead of time. The cost would be as low as $50k or as much as $100k cash turnkey for the 1000 sf unit - where we hire out the labor, and done on a tight schedule. We want to test out this exact build, as we are looking for mass replication starting late next year. We are validating: (1) code compliance and inspection schedule issues; (2) workflow ergonomics issues; (3) localization costs and issues. We would document this closely including with film crew, as part of our marketing. If this sounds interesting to you, we can have an exploratory conversation. We would like to choose 3 sites that best represent a wide range of scenarios, so we could have an initial conversation if this is a good fit.
