Requirements

• 512 core + real easy post and beam additions with ready for ready additions
• Flat roof signed by an engineer. Depending on snow load, may need laminate beams. 2" off over 16' - 1/8" per foot. 1%.
• This means you can build directly on top of the roof.
• Scalability to multiple units
• Ziggurat-able
• Living roof or flat roof option

Concepts

• E-book given to people in the workshop.
• E-book is modular so that for a given workshop - we pull certain parts of it
• Roof - flat roof. For e-book.

Budgets

• $12k design cost, $10k service fee + $2k travel, 50/50 net revenue share on workshops, where costs include food and housing

• Payment terms - $1500/month base, $3k if design funds come
