Basics
- Using a machine setup, and recycling ecosystem at an OSEH or Makerspace etc, to produce FDM Filament locally, from recycled materials, or pellets
- Used in an Onsite Printfarm, or sold
- Also could use a system similar to that of bottles and cans in some areas (a deposit-refund system ) with the FDM Filament Spool s to prevent/reduce waste of old spools
Usable Plastic Types
- What can the filament maker handle?
Optional Dyes
- Carbon Black - easy and cheap to make/buy, and SHOULD overpower all other colors, may even add SOME strength?
Optional Additives
- Chopped Basalt Fiber
- Chopped Carbon Fiber
- Chopped Fiberglass
- Chopped Celluloistic Fibers (or better rayon?)
