- Startup Operations via a series of Extreme Manufacturing Workshops: microfactory, self-funded through 1 month workshop. 24 participants minimum. Week 0: rooftop shed including PV and Water Collection. Week 1: Microfactory: 3D printers and CNC torch, and Screw Machine: house, plastic, and metal. Week 2: Extreme Machine builds - a tractor, power cube, brick press, and sawmill. Week 3: Week 3 perennial polyculture, Afforestt, and agriculture. buildout. Week 4: House and Aquaponic Greenhouse. Inludes 100% off-grid with saturated water and auto-turnon generator.
- Marketing: Extreme Manufacturing Workshops must be orchestrated well.
- Participant Program: Class of 6 people, $4k production revenue per month at 2 hours/day @$100 each, with neosusbistence surplus for the community, across key areas of food, fuel, power, water, and transportation.
- Basic opearting model: regenerative circular economy + R&D business model cross-subsidized by external production, and explicit expectation of replication after 2-4 year program is done.
