• An automated tool for Smart Infill of 3D Printed Parts

Basic Process

• A This could either be it's own software, or a FreeCAD Plugin
• Essentially it goes as follows:

1. CAD File is Made
2. It is Loaded into the Program/Plugin
3. Finite Element Simulation via OpenFOAM is used to determing what stresses occur where
4. The map of stresses is turned into a reinforcement pattern via software
5. The File is Then Sliced Accordingly (Essentially via Gradient Infill, but instead of distance from the perimiter, it uses distance from the appropriate stress zone(s) )
