  • Program consists of 2 distinct tracks: Builder, and Integrated Education for Solving Pressing World Issues. Builders are encouraged to sign up to the latter, and to rise in management.
    • Positioning: no elites are out to get you, you are the elite. How? By education, then going balls out to serve humanity.
    • Explicit message of correcting the civil war in america and elsewhere
    • We are here explicitly to reinvent hope for the world. To do that, you have to face reality - gain skills - do something.
    • End artificial scarcity. Short note - we produce way more than enough for everyone - that's why we have marketing to push excess production onto the public. There is no excuse to anyone to be deprived. The crisis of poverty of poor distribution of wealth is semething we need to take seriosly and fix.
  • Continue the CORE of integrated operation, such as education and production. Up the production to 6 sigma
  • Tell the truth on expectations.
  • For an integrated program of Movement Entrepreneurship
  • Through-the-ranks of OSE - execs grow from within
  • Recruit at high school and college level - 14 or 18 yo with vision. Stimulate peoples' imagination.
  • Publish the Manifesto, with help from a development psychologist/counselor type who
  • Work-study program
  • Distributed enterprise withe dictation replicated widely
  • Explicit focus on solving PWI
  • Systems transformative work for a living
  • Problem addressed - disciplinary education, AND when you get out, there are no interdisciplinary jobs except software startups. Here, we work on transforming the productive infrastructures, not software focused. We do software, but everyone gets exposed to physical productivity.
  • Collaborate with and Recruit from the best schools: Acton Academy, Kaos Pilots, United World College, and similar outlier programs with explicit transformative agendas.
  • First cohort - 12 students, required to have carpentry or other builder experience
  • Socratic learning method based on Acton Academy. Possibly collaborate with Acton to start a Launchpad (high school level)
  • Start a builder program collocated with Existing transformative institution. Collaborate on curriculum.
  • 3 month 12 week 24x12 program - 50/50-75/25-90/10 from common revenue - we provide the blueprints and engineering. 10% is a Transformation Tax - for getting to a $1T collaborative economy. Revenue share initially and low cost house sold. 12*8 hr = 192 hr each x24 allows for 2x inefficiency. 3 consultants paid $1k each. Collaborating entrepreneur leader/builder/GC type. We train them to scale. OSE does brand management.
  • Recruit volunteer engineer and volunteer architect for one pro-bono project to get this going
  • If $190k achieved in Maysville, then we have a chance to $40k runway. 2 months with 5 people. Absolutely rigorous recruiting - builders that relocate. See if we can recruit builders who are mission aligned - simple carpenters who also identify with greater vision. We have to sell them on vision, they have to be ones that don't need to get paid (good luck with that one).
  • Test rapidly.
  • Develop A-Team of relevant advisors who are ass in the grass. But, be disciplined about recruiting. Make them commit significantly, otherwise it is not worth our time.
  • Optimized open source house - that is our middle name. Ask Martin to fund this after we sell the first one. Look for funders.
  • Build-land-legal (permits, impact, etc)-profit - if land and legal are free, then 50/50 build/profit - ex ADU - if it is quarter each 50 matl-50 subs- 50 GC-50 profit- we should be at 50% profit because we capture sub-gc-profit come in about 25%-75% lower cost. On $200k sale solo owner-op should make up to $125k in 6 months of labor (960 hrs).
  • XM swarm events are used for recruiting, but they do not solve housing until major traction is obtained from scaling the main construction program at about a several trillion dollar level.
