2. Run the Workshop
   1. Get to know the participants
   2. Support the participants to bootstrap a business or run additional workshops in their own locales
3. Start running additional workshops around the world with local support of growing network of former workshop participants
4. Repeat the above process
5. Enhance the process with a carefully crafted marketing campaign
   1. The global audience of inspired teachers, hobbyists and students should understand the unique value proposition of the camps
   2. The camps offer what the world needs now: Coherence, Empowerment and Community - three attributes of that bring profound meaning and motivation to participants.
   3. The camps provide an evolving, growing curriculum driven by the insights and reflections of the participants, applied in unique local contexts and shared back to others in a global network of collaborators
   4. New collaborators receive "onboarding" and support from experienced collaborators who, through teaching and supporting others, further develop their skills and insights.
