Open Knowhow

Open Knowhow is economically significant, open knowledge. It consists essentially of design knowhow, translated readily into economic power. 'Reference enterprises are documented in order to qualify the knowhow as open'. Note the distinction of what constitutes 'open': we focus the definition on the core, practical, usable aspect. Otherwise, we are Insects.
