OSE global transformation model where a robust economic flywheel, itself open source, cross subsidizes further development.

OSE proposes this as a method to supercede government bureaucracy with more efficient and more humane adaptations. We specifically propose that Ethical Free Enterprise takes the role formerly occupied by governments in terms of providing goods and services typically under the purview of government.
