Basics
- Part of the Open Source Finishing Construction Set
- A Canister that uses Aerosol Propellants to propell paint out of an aerosol nozzle
- Essentially "An Airbrush System in A Can!"
- May be a bit less prefessional than an actual spray gun, but it is very portable, stores well, and is ready to go with the press of a button (ie no setup)

Existing Open Source Designs
- There seem to be little diy designs (Most likely due to the difficulty in making/obtaining propellants, and working with high pressures. The ones that do exist fall into two categories, pressurized air designs (often utilizing standard aerosol cans with air receiving ports added via screwing or welding them to the side), or pump based designs
- This Document is a bit old (1991), but it adresses the issues associated with DME Propellants
